The Ecole Supérieure de Commerce is considered as one of the oldest schools in Algeria.It participated in to the training of competent executives in business branches, finance, and in management. These executives had all carried high responsibilities in private and state owned institutions within Algeria or even overseas.

In order to remain at the same level like universities and schools training in the same lines, we will have to develop additional efforts to open ourselves towards the external world by using all new communication means which have played a greater role to knowing each other at a world wide level.

We must therefore develop these means through exchanges of knowledge and transparency to reach a competitive and positive atmosphere. In our standpoint, it is a necessary condition for development in the scientific field which will be certainly fruitful for our scientific entities, as well as to our teaching staff, students and to society, too.

Taking into account this principle, we would like to emphasize the role to be played by our school on behalf of society with different methods by exploiting the accumulated experience for more than a century.

The present policy of the school concentrates on the development of interactions among all the various public and private entities in matters of research and training as well as co-operation.
Finally, we hope that we shall be in a position to satisfy the aspirations of our nation through a modest pace for the production of scientific knowledge, and this responsibility will only be fruitful thanks to two major features : Competence and sincerity.
